In 2015, Kim left Sotheby’s International Realty as their Vermont top producer, to start Wohler Realty Group, a multi-generational family owned business. Within the first year, WRG was invited into Luxury Real Estate International. In 2018, WRG became a part of Brown Harris Stevens Global. She continues to provide superior service at all price points, on and off the mountain, with the opening of her second office during 2021 in Manchester Center at the Kimball Grist Mill on Main Street. Kim is committed to supporting community non-profits and has an avid interest in the arts. She serves on the Board of the Stratton Foundation serving families and children in the mountain communities and Manchester and Dorset. She is an Associate Board member of the Manchester Music Festival and is a Patron Member of the Metropolitan Opera in Manhattan. She is a consummate sponsor of regional theatre events, including the Weston Playhouse and Dorset Theatre as well as community concerts.
Kim, her husband Larry and son Britt, began as Stratton Resort second homeowners in 1993. She treasures time with her family and soon to be more chocolate labs. She loves the outdoors and skiing which brought them to Vermont in the first place. She is an avid reader and enjoys cooking, music and the performing arts.
