Britt is amazing and we credit him for finding our dream Vermont home. We worked with Britt first as renters – he found our family the perfect unit - and later as buyers. Britt was patient in showing us (and our kids!) multiple properties and touring us around the various neighborhoods. He ultimately found us our dream home, showing us the house before any other prospective buyers were able to see it, which gave us a huge advantage in a competitive market. Britt is extremely knowledgeable about the area and well-connected with the community. It has been years since we bought our home but Britt still helps introduce us to valuable relationships in the community, everyone from handymen, babysitters and more.
