Cheyanne has deep roots in Vermont, having grown up near Stratton and attending Middlebury College where she studied biochemistry and economics. Honing her skills first as a broker’s assistant and marketing specialist, Cheyanne’s quick success as an agent came from long hours of work, a thorough knowledge of the local market, and unwavering commitment to clients. Her understanding of Vermont real estate is enhanced by her own investment properties which include multiple rental and land development projects.

She possesses a keen eye for design, an appreciation for modern building science, and a tenacious spirit that translates to impressive and innovative results.
Prior to starting her own family here in Vermont right near Stratton Mountain, Cheyanne was a Rotary Exchange student in France, preschool teacher in Nepal, and Divemaster in Thailand. When she’s not helping her clients buy or sell their Vermont dream home, she enjoys spending time with her young son, tending to her chickens and bees, and working in her garden.
