Loana Sargent has returned to her family home in Vermont to continue her Real Estate Journey with Wohler Realty Group. Loana has always kept her connection to Vermont. She and her husband own properties in South Londonderry. Together they design their new builds, manage the day to day, providing top-tier rentals and hospitality with a taste of rustic Vermont. Loana’s involvement in her family business has helped her gain experience related to investment properties and land development. 

 

Loana graduated from UVM as an international exchange student majoring in Public Communication with a focus on Marketing and Advertising. Skilled in content creation, graphic design, and social media strategy, she seamlessly blends creativity with analytical insights to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
