About Kristi MacDonald

Kristi MacDonald is the Short-Term Rental Manager for the Company’s short term rental division including Vermont LuxAway Rentals and Stratton Luxury Rentals.

Kristi has over 10 years experience working in the Short-Term Rental Management Industry throughout Southern Vermont and the New England states. She has a deep appreciation and knowledge of the local area on and off mountain and can offer invaluable insight in making the best choices for your Short-Term Rentals.

Kristi delivers a sense of security and trust to homeowners that they are receiving the highest level of service and integrity while maximizing their revenue. She prides herself in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all homeowners which brings owners to a high level of confidence in managing their home to successfully achieve their short-term rental goals.

Kristi, an avid Horticulturist, is the longtime owner operator of KM Designs, a renown landscape and gardening company with clients that include Stratton Mountain Resort, Manchester Country Club, the Chapel of the Snows, Mulligan in Manchester and Stratton, and Wohler Realty Group.

After spending 18 years living in the Stratton Mountain Resort area, she has made Manchester Center her home with her daughter Chloe and their two Australian Shepherds Hopper and Mitty since 2019. She enjoys traveling, photography, golfing, kayaking, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and most importantly spending time with her family.

Kristi graduated from Mitchell College with a degree in Business Administration as well as SUNY Morrisville with a degree in Horticulture. Prior to joining Wohler Realty Group, Kristi oversaw sales and onboarding of properties and operations for the largest national rental company serving VT, NH, MA, ME, and NY. She also coordinated and managed the Owner Rental Management Program at Stratton Mountain Resort between 2015-2021.
